Automation of National Polio Surveillance Project Forms :

Client : World Health Organization

This is an ongoing project in which we are required to do indexing of polio forms. We receive data in the form of hardcopy and send it back in the form of text file.

Digitization of Minutes :

Client : Parliament of India

Highest legislative body of the Nation Parliament of India has also availed and trusted our services. We have digitized minutes information for tenth Lok Sabha for continuously five years and this has given us highest pride of being a credible organization.

Digitization of Judgments :

Client : Supreme Court of India

We have also done an image digitization project for highest legal authority of the Nation Supreme Court of India. Where we digitized all the judgment statements between 1950 and 1994. Confidentiality and security of data was ensured to the fullest. Input was in the form of scanned images - around 15 million in numbers, and output was in the form of text file.

Automation of Passport Index Cards :

Client : National Informatics Center

NIC has also availed our services. IDES with its specialized team was selected for this sensitive and prestigious project amongst a host of other Indian companies. We had received data in the form of hardcopy and were required to send output in the form of text file.

Automation of Passport Forms :

Client : National Informatics Center Services Incorporation

An ongoing image digitization project in which we are required to scan passport applications with their supporting documents. Along with this, we are also creating databases to be linked with these applications.

Automation of Agreement Statement :

Client : Applied Digital Systems (Australia)

An ongoing project in which the processing of hire agreement has to be done. We receive data in the form of image files, process it and send it back in the form of text file. Our normal turn around time varies between 24-36 hrs as per the client requirement.

Microfiche Digitization of Chemical Analysis Information :

Client : Rakhit Petroleum Ltd (Canada)

This was a Microfiche Digitization project. Data was in alphanumeric form in which numeric fields had certain specifications for which data had to be entered twice. Minimum accuracy level required was 98%. We accomplish the task by exceeding the accuracy level specified by the client.

Automation Of Financial Statements :

Client : D&B (US)

An image digitization project where we receive data in the form of Image/HTML files, either from their FTP or HTTP site respectively. At our end data has to be entered, verified and send back to the client in the form of text files through our FTP site.

Yellow / White Pages :

Client : Various Yellow & White Page Publishers (US)

This project is mainly related to creation of database of Customers for these publishers, so that this information could easily be accessed online by the users of their website. This is a critical project with lots of specifications and checks required during QC process. For this project, we have developed a customized software. Input form of data is Hard Copy and Output is send in the form of dbf files.

Digitization Of Certificate of Real Estate Value :

Client : Circus - Software (US)

In this continuing project, we receive Certificates of Real Estate Value from client side in the form of multiple tiff image files, which are splitted into smaller files with the help of software developed at our end. Processing is also done with the help of In-house software which has been developed taking into account all the checks specified by the client. Digitized data is send back in the form of zipped text files in CDs.
